5. Product Availability, Shipping Timeframes, and Order Delays

Ronin Arms complies with the Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe advertised on our website. If no timeframe is specified, orders are generally expected to ship within thirty (30) days.

Certain products, including firearms, suppressors, NFA-regulated items, custom builds, Cerakote work, gunsmithing services, and special-order products, may require additional processing time due to compliance requirements, ATF approvals, distributor availability, manufacturing delays, or FFL coordination.

Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If an order cannot be shipped within the advertised or expected timeframe, Ronin Arms may contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date and provide the option to approve the delay or cancel any unshipped merchandise in accordance with applicable law.

Ronin Arms reserves the right to cancel orders affected by legal restrictions, inventory issues, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain firearms, magazines, ammunition, suppressors, and accessories may be restricted or prohibited in specific jurisdictions.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws before placing an order.

Ronin Arms reserves the right to refuse shipment of restricted items or cancel prohibited orders.

  • Collection efforts

  • Reporting to payment processors

  • Legal action where permitted by law

Customers agree to contact Ronin Arms directly regarding any concerns before initiating disputes with their financial institution.
