Refund Policy

Ronin Arms is committed to providing quality products and customer service. Due to the nature of firearms, ammunition, NFA-regulated items, and other restricted products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

By placing an order with Ronin Arms, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment or processing begins, subject to approval by Ronin Arms.

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Firearms already transferred or shipped

  • NFA-regulated items

  • Suppressors

  • Serialized products

  • Special-order items

  • Custom builds

  • Cerakote services

  • Gunsmithing services

Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees, restocking fees, payment processing fees, or other administrative costs.

Firearms and Serialized Products

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been shipped to the selected FFL dealer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to possess the firearm before purchase.

If a customer fails a background check, refuses transfer, or cannot legally take possession of the firearm, the order may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return shipping fees

  • Transfer fees

  • Administrative fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

NFA Items and Suppressors

All sales involving suppressors and other NFA-regulated products are generally final.

Due to ATF processing requirements and transfer procedures, cancellations or refunds may not be available once processing has begun.

Customers acknowledge that ATF approval timelines are outside the control of Ronin Arms and do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes while the order remains in lawful processing status.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact Ronin Arms within seven (7) days of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Return authorization approval

  • Inspection of the product

  • Manufacturer warranty processing where applicable

Products returned without authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Ammunition

  • Firearms

  • NFA-regulated items

  • Opened optics or electronics

  • Used products

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges, transfer fees, insurance costs, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Ronin Arms directly regarding any issue with an order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Refusal of future service

  • Collection efforts

  • Reporting to payment processors

  • Legal action where permitted by law

Compliance With FTC Shipping Rules

Ronin Arms complies with the Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

If an order cannot be shipped within the advertised timeframe, or within thirty (30) days if no timeframe is stated, Ronin Arms may notify the customer with an updated estimated shipping date and provide the option to approve the delay or request cancellation of unshipped merchandise where required by law.
