Shipping Timeframes
Ronin Arms complies with the Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe advertised on our website. If no shipping timeframe is specified, orders are generally expected to ship within thirty (30) days.
Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Certain products may require additional processing time, including:
- Firearms

- Special-order items
Delays may also occur due to:
- ATF processing
- NICS background checks

- FFL dealer coordination
- Manufacturer or distributor delays
- Carrier delays
- Compliance verification
If we are unable to ship within the advertised or expected timeframe, Ronin Arms may contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date and provide the option to approve the delay or cancel any unshipped merchandise in accordance with applicable law.
Firearm Shipping Policy
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting a valid FFL dealer
- Confirming the dealer will accept the transfer
- Providing accurate dealer information
- Completing all required background checks and transfer paperwork
- Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer
Ronin Arms reserves the right to verify FFL information before shipment.
Firearms will not be shipped directly to customers where prohibited by law.
NFA Items
Suppressors and other NFA-regulated products require additional federal processing and approval.
Customers acknowledge that ATF approval timelines are outside the control of Ronin Arms and may take several weeks or months depending on current processing times.
NFA-related delays do not constitute grounds for chargebacks or payment disputes while the order remains in lawful processing status.
Customers agree to contact Ronin Arms directly regarding order concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their financial institution.
State and Local Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific states or local jurisdictions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws before placing an order.
Ronin Arms reserves the right to refuse shipment of any product prohibited by law.
Orders placed for restricted items in prohibited jurisdictions may be canceled.

Ammunition shipments must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where prohibited.
Adult signature requirements may apply.

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times may vary based on product availability, compliance verification, payment approval, and transfer requirements.
Orders may be delayed or canceled due to:
- Inventory discrepancies
- Fraud prevention review
- Incomplete customer information
- Compliance concerns
- Legal restrictions
- Manufacturer backorders
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
