Ronin Arms sells firearms, firearm accessories, suppressors, ammunition, and related products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By purchasing products from Ronin Arms, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and requirements.
All firearm purchases must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Firearms purchased through this website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals where prohibited by law.
Customers are responsible for:
Selecting a valid FFL dealer
Confirming the dealer will accept the transfer
Providing accurate FFL information
Completing all required ATF forms and background checks
Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer
Complying with all state and local firearm laws
Ronin Arms reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be completed.
Suppressors and other National Firearms Act (NFA) items require additional federal approval and processing.
Customers acknowledge that:
ATF approval timelines vary
Processing delays are outside the control of Ronin Arms
NFA transfers may take several weeks or months
Orders involving serialized or NFA-regulated items may not be canceled once processing begins
Ammunition sales are subject to state and local restrictions.
Ronin Arms does not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where prohibited by law. Adult signature requirements may apply.
Certain firearms, magazines, ammunition, and accessories may be restricted or prohibited in specific jurisdictions.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws before placing an order.
Ronin Arms reserves the right to refuse shipment of restricted items.
Ronin Arms complies with the Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the advertised timeframe. If no timeframe is specified, orders are generally expected to ship within thirty (30) days.
Certain products, including firearms, suppressors, custom builds, and special-order items, may require additional processing time due to compliance requirements, ATF approvals, distributor availability, or dealer coordination.
If an order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, Ronin Arms may contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date and provide the option to approve the delay or cancel any unshipped merchandise where required by law.
By placing an order, the customer certifies that:
They are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered
They are not prohibited from owning firearms or ammunition
They are not making a straw purchase
All information provided is accurate and complete
Any attempt to violate applicable laws may result in cancellation of the order and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
